Hi Miguel,

Which version of Krita are you using exactly (the name of the file you downloaded will do) and are you on an X86 or X64 bit version of Krita? Could you attach a screenshot of the error message?

Hm, I just checked on another windows test system, and 2.9.10 installed and ran without trouble. Your windows is also 64 bits, right?
Could you try the portable zipfile version from files.kde.org/krita/windows, too?

The 32bits portable runs without problems, 64bits portable launch same
error. It must be a problem with this computer, I tested on another windows
system and works fine.

Thanks.

Finally I found the bug, the error ocurrs when I try to open a file from
the server, if i open the same file in a local directory works well.

I don´t know if you must open the bug again.

Hi Miguel,

I think we've got that issue in another bug report already, so this one doesn't need to be reopened. I do need to figure out a way to fix the issue asap, but I haven't got any network drives at home...
