Here is a video of the issue. Notice how it won't jump to primary display. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D87oDLxNHd4 I have the same issue. Now I just updated to Plasma 5.7 and it is still going on. However, If you edit ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc and change the property lastScreen with the monitor number (0,1,2, etc.) and restart plasma, it does work! Seems to be a problem in the display configuration utility. Could be related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=380203 https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=377588 Thanks for the report, Artur.
