It would be great to have a ruler in centimeters for instance.
As a starting point, the value can be obtained from Qt:

The actual version was not available in the dropdown menu. Here it is:
kruler --version
Qt: 4.8.6
KDE Development Platform: 4.14.9
KDE Screen Ruler: 4.14.6

Sorry for the duplicate,
but I did search for "inch" and also for "units" prior to posting, and it did not yield anything.
Try to submit a new bug report for kruler, search for "units" (just before "step 2 of 3")
and you'll see only my bug report, not the other one.

Should I file a bug report for that ? Where ?
