Network system tray icon goes missing at start-up, to fix it, I have to disable networks in the system tray settings and enable it again, and this every time that I start my PC.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start-up your KDE 5.4.2 system
2. You got it

Expected Results:  
Show network system tray icon at start-up KDE 5.4.2

I have a clean installation of Kubuntu 15.10 with all updates with KDE 5.4.2; CPU: Intel Core i5 CPU M 480 @ 2.667GHz; Kernel: x86_64 Linux 4.2.0-19-generic; RAM: 1575MiB / 7780MiB.
