It uses identity settings for it. Please modify it in identity. Regards "in the setup of Kmail is the opportunity to set up a default language (Kmai einrichten -> E-Mail Editor -> Autokerrektur). Unfortunately, the choice is "Deutsch" only and not "Deutsch (Deutschland)"." it never used so I need to hide this settings. Great, it seems to work. Yes, might be a good idea to hide the settings in "Kmail einrichten -> E-Mail Editor -> Autokerrektur" (Kmail setup -> Email Editor -> auto correction), as it is misleading.
