Perhaps this information may be useful to find why kscreen doesn't detect the secondary screen. Using arandr after kscreen I am able to activate the secondary screen. I have de some problem with my Vaio Notebook. Kscreen Version: 4:5.4.2-0ubuntu1 Kubuntu 15.10 (Linux kde5 4.2.0-16-generic #19-Ubuntu SMP Thu Oct 8 15:35:06 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux) Graphical Information: Mesa DRI Intel(R) 945GM with Mesa 11.02 Thank you for the bug report. As this report hasn't seen any changes in 5 years or more, we ask if you can please confirm that the issue still persists. If this bug is no longer persisting or relevant please change the status to resolved. I have stopped using the docking station, it wasn't worth using it with the remaining problems, but I continue to use the laptop and kscreen, so I cannot confirm whether the problem persists. Ok, thanks for the info. There's nothing we can do if you're unable to reproduce the original issue. |
