When I double click on the shortcut (desktop file), I get the following error: 

KDEInit could not launch 'ksystraycmd':
Could not open library '/usr/lib/libkdeinit5_ksystraycmd'.
Cannot load library /usr/lib/libkdeinit5_ksystraycmd: (/usr/lib/libkdeinit5_ksystraycmd.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I created a ".desktop" file (right click, and selected "create new -> Link to application...")
2. I pointed it (command) to an application (in this case Pidgin)
3. Selected "advanced options"
4. Checked "Place in System Tray"
5. Clicked OK
6. Double clicked on the shortcut/desktop file

Actual Results:  
KDEInit could not launch 'ksystraycmd':
Could not open library '/usr/lib/libkdeinit5_ksystraycmd'.
Cannot load library /usr/lib/libkdeinit5_ksystraycmd: (/usr/lib/libkdeinit5_ksystraycmd.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

Expected Results:  
Application should open, placing its icon in the system tray.
