It's more a wish I guess:

It would be great to easily move from the selecting tool (which I use most of the time) to the navigation tool (to activate links) without going to the menus. For instance with a CTRL+Click.

Maybe it can already be done. If so, please tell me how, because I didn't find it.

You can set shortcuts to change tools already, they are even set.

The tools menu will tell you the shortcuts used and in Settings->Configure Shortcuts you can change them

Ok, I see... But can you always stay with your prefered tool and when you go over a link, a CTRL+click or middle click allow you to browse it ?

What does that have to do with "CTRL + Click to activate tools"? What you want is just https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=318078 nothing "tool" generic, right?
