I wonder if this could be related to: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=352019 Need more info. Can you still reproduce in Plasma 5.11? If you can, please sttach detailed steps to reproduce or better yet, a screen recording. SimpleScreenRecorder works well for this.
