Hi, I'm afraid that for now, I have to blame Windows 10... It might be something else, of course, but I haven't been offered the win10 upgrade on my windows system that I can use the test cintiq on, so I cannot test. I'm actually rolling back the update on the SP3, since it broke nothing related to Krita, but was a pain to use. Can you also check if you've got display scaling on?
