After dragging an app from the start menu to the widget bar right next to the startmenu to create a launcher, when right clicking it, there are no options to change its launch arguments or edit the launch command or change the icon.

I know Bug 349177 only talks about the icon but given the entire config dialog is missing, this is a duplicate :)
