Description ghborrmann 2015-06-21 00:13:25 UTC
Using the option "Restore previous session", any terminal windows open at logout are not restored after the next login. Other applications (specifically, Dolphin and Konqueror) are restored as expected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open one or more terminal windows on any virtual desktop.
2. Logout
3. Login.

Actual Results:
No terminal windows are visible.

Expected Results:
The windows should have been restored to the condition at logout.

I've found that sometimes it *does* restore konsoles, but seemingly at random.

What I don't understand is how setting "restore manually saved session" will result in all applications being restored on login but "restore previous session" routinely fails to restore several that I had open. I would have thought that the same procedure to save the session would have been activated in both cases but just saving to different locations.
