The strings in data/paintoppresets/kis_paintoppresets_tags.xml are not translatable, e.g. "Erasers", "Block", etc.
These strings appear in the docker "Brush Presets".

Yes, that's a limit of the tagging system as its now. Tags are untranslatable :-(

In master, the default tags are ready to be made translatable, once we find a way to handle *.tag files just like *.desktop files are handled.
