Dolphin Plasma 5.3 using KDE Development Platform 4.14.7 does not remember added Places.

E.g. I drag smb://USER@SERVER/SHARE (which works fine) to my "Places" pane. Here it appears as usual but when I start Dolphin again, the entry is lost/forgotten.

Reproducible: Always


Actual Results:  
Dolphin does not remember new places.

Expected Results:  
New entries in "Places" pane should be remember between sessions.

Confirmed on Dolphin Version 15.04.0 Using KDE Development Platform 4.14.7
Can be reproduced the following way:
1. Open Dolphin, and drag any folder to places. You can also righ click and add to places, result is the same.
2. Close Dolphin
3. Open Dolphin, and check that Places panel is missing entry added in step 1.
