Since 5.3.0 the OSD window (triggered by eg. volume level change or display brightness change) flickers for a while (like 100 ms) in the task bar. Than it disappears (but the OSD is still show for ca. 2 sec). The title of the window in the taskbar is "Plasma".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Trigger OSD (press volume button on keyboard or display brightness change)


Actual Results:  
The OSD appears and is visible for ca 2. seconds. But on the beginning, also window (task) appears in the taskbar for ca. 100 ms, see the screenshot.

Expected Results:  
Only the OSD should be visible, with no change in the taskbar, as the OSD is not real window from users point of view.
