Notification icon appears showing updates available. Updates installed. Notification icon still shows updates available, even though packages are up to date.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install updates
2.Notification icon shows updates available
3.Icon cannot be updated.

Actual Results:  
Notification icon showed updates available.

Expected Results:  
Icon should show system up-to-date and be hidden.
