Same here with German, Kubuntu 15.04, KDE-Plasma 5.3.0 Also not fixed in Kubuntu 15.10 Wily with latest KDE. The settings shown in this screenshot are not of a KDE-written UI. This seems ot be a Ubuntu-specific language selector, KDE's own looks quite different. Please report this to the distro. Eike, this is the 'Switch Application Language' dialog for systemsettings. That's still unrelated to the KCM then, do you know the place in Frameworks it should be moved to? A bug triager reassigned your ticket to the "Language" module of "System Settings", which I maintain. That module has a completely different UI from the one shown in your screenshots, that's what I pointed out. It has since been reassigned to a different component.
