Version:      plasma-desktop 5.2.2-1
version dolphin:     kdebase-dolphin 14.12.3-1,  kdesdk-dolphin-plugins 14.12.3-1
Os:    Archlinux

1) add new entry in places
2) restart dolphin and the changes are not saved
