I can confirm this bug. Steps to Reproduce: 1. reset your Krita configs 2. restart Krita and select the tool "Multibrush Tool" 3. go in "Tool options" > choose "Mirror" from the dropdown menu > check "Horizontal" and start painting Actual Result: "Multibrush Tool" ignores the checkboxes for Horizontal and Vertical in the "Mirror" mode, when used for the first time.
