Two files from kde-l10n-fr 14.12.3 are conflicting with telepathy-kde-desktop-applets 0.9.0:
/usr/share/locale/kde4/fr/LC_MESSAGES/plasma_applet_org.kde.ktp-contact.mo
/usr/share/locale/kde4/fr/LC_MESSAGES/plasma_applet_org.kde.ktp-presence.mo

My guess is that as kde telepathy is to be included in the next application release, the translations have been integrated early and included in a kde-l10n-fr version before the new kde telepathy release.

Could you please make a minor release to allow distributions to package this fixed version?

If you want a release, please email release-team@kde.org mailing list that is what handles releases.

Distubutions can remove these files at the package build stage.
