When printing from any kde app, such as okular, when I go to print options, then to where duplex options are, they are greyed out, but they are greyed out with the long edge duplex preselected. Then when I print, the prints are all single sided. Why would they print single sided when long edge duplex was selected in the greyed out duplex options?
