In standard task manager settings it is possible to disable grouping. However, in icon-only one there is no corresponding setting and the windows are always grouped. Please add similar setting.

Rationale:
* Icon task manager doesn't take much space, so it is desirable (for some people) to see all windows at once.
* It is annoying when some icons need one click to focus corresponding window, while others (grouped) need two.

Cons:
* With icons only it is difficult to distinguish windows one from another. However:
- it is not an issue if you have a pretty consistent set of windows open, so you just remember which is which;
- you can tell from tooltip;
- task manager could optionally display abbreviated window title (e.g. EAB for this page -- first letters of "Enter A Bug") over icons;
- just let the user decide.

I also vote for the grouping of similar apps be optional in "Icons-only Task Manager".
This option was available in the "Smooth Tasks" on Plasma 4, perhaps some of the code can be reused to make it available in "Icons-only Task Manager".
Having always to click in the grouped apps and select the resired tooltip is very annoying!

Hi, I found a work around by:
- Right click on the app in the icon taskbar > More Actions > Unmark "Allow this program to be grouped"
