Krunner when started from console (kstart krunner) complained about missing
~/.qalculate/eurofxref-daily.xml
I downloaded it from ECB;
Krunner stopped complaining, but still no proper exchange rates.

I also checked /usr/share/qalculate/currencies.xml
and the exchange rates shown are precisely what can be seen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start krunner
2.type 1 EUR in
3. watch 1e-99 (some other currency)


Expected Results:  
exchage rates should be updated accordingly to eurofxref-daily.xml

The patch is in review. The fix should be with Frameworks 5.7
