I've tried to search in directories symlinked to ~ and in just ~ directories. Same results.
No files seem to be indexed. Could you please paste your `.baloofilerc` file. It will list which folders should be indexed, and which should not. You've also mentioned something about systemlinks. I'm not sure what you mean by that. Baloo currently does not support system links correctly. I haven't any .baloofilerc at my home directory. Baloo can't find normal files, not only symlinked files. In KDE4 your baloofilerc file should be under ~/.kde/share/config/baloofilerc. It's not just about systemlinked files. It's about any files under a folder that is system linked. OK, ~/.kde/share/config/ballofilerc is attached. I understand about system linked directories. I've /home partition mounted to /. It is not system linked. And searching any file in just ~ not gave me any results. Created attachment 90769 [details]
