When saving a new document, should be proposed a name in the "Save as" > "File name" field,  like i.e. "Unnamed". And if a document has been saved before, the name for the "Save as" > "File name" field, could be the name of the current document.

The "Save incremental version" option is powerful, but I believe that in some cases users might want to enter a slighty different name from that.
