Starting a new game/demo after loading a saved game will create a new game/demo using the settings from the loaded game instead of using the user's settings.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a game
2. Save the game
3. Change settings (background/tileset/layout)
4. Load the saved game
The loaded game will, as expected, use the settings from the saved game but not set them persistently.
5. Start a new game or demo

Actual Results:  
The new game/demo will use the settings (layout, tileset, background) from the loaded game.

Expected Results:  
The new game/demo created in step 5 should use the user's settings not the ones from the loaded game.

This is now fixed in the master version of the game.

Please check that version and reopen this report if you think, the issue has not been dealt with properly.
