While having the move layer tool activated. We currently cannot move or nudge layer by pressing arrow keys.

Pressing the arrow keys scrolls the canvas.
Having the arrow keys assigned to moving layer helps in precisely move layer by specific increments., moving layer by mouse sometimes doesn't give perfect outcome.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.activate move layer tool
2.press arrow keys to move layer

Actual Results:  
the canvas scrolls

Expected Results:  
the selected layer should move by specific predefined increment when the arrow keys are pressed.

Yes, this is a much needed addition to the move tool.

I saw another wish bug report 
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=344652
( now marked duplicate of this bug) requesting to extend this nudging feature to selection and transform, which i think will help a lot too
