After a double click on the background of the viewcontainer (the widget in which the files and folders are shown), the user should be directed to the parent folder.

The user should be able to activate/deactivate this behaviour in the settings.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. User opens a dolphin window
2. User does a double click on the background of the file/folder viewcontainer

Actual Results:  
User stays on the same directory (nothing happens).

Expected Results:  
User should be redirected to the parent folder.

I saw this function on the Windows browser extension QTTabBar (http://qttabbar.sourceforge.net/).
I think this is a pretty usefull function and i would like to see it in Dolphin.
