subj, see screenshot attached, this error appears each time I enter credentials

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Let it generate some report when something crashed
2. Try to submit


Actual Results:  
Not possible to submin since login doesn't work

Expected Results:  
report submitted
