After the update of the QT5 Repo to 5.4rc I'm seeing the same errors. Check your installation. Can you try starting for instance kcminit_startup from a terminal? Does it crash? In that case can you try to get a backtrace, from drkonqi or gdb? Ping? Does this still happen?
