As per the discussion on the Fedora "kde" mailing list, what the author is actually using is Plasma 4 Kickoff, not anything named "Kicker" (neither the old KDE 3 Kicker nor the new Plasma 5 Kicker). I'm sure you're right. None of these names mean anything to me, which is why I can never remember them (I see the Kickoff menu has a pop-up label which I'd never even noticed before now). Plasma 4 Kickoff is unmaintained. IF you still want this for the Plasma 5 version, please file a new bug. |
