Confirmed with Kubuntu 14.04 + backports $ kmix --version Qt: 4.8.6 KDE Development Platform: 4.14.0 KMix: 4.5 Burkhard, the behaviour seems to be correct in 4.14.2. Can you confirm this? $ kmix --version Qt: 4.8.6 KDE Development Platform: 4.14.2 KMix: 4.5 With always visible panel the behaviour is ok, but with auto hide panel the widget is still overlapping the systray Created attachment 95012 [details]

main window is centered with the second window but kmix now overlaps menu
I have the same issue but it has to do with my second display. My second monitor is taller than my main monitor. When they are aligned evenly its fine however that is not how I use them. See this album http://imgur.com/a/RzHQs Please disregard my previous post, I thought it would attach to this text box. Thank you for the bug report. As this report hasn't seen any changes in 5 years or more, we ask if you can please confirm that the issue still persists. If this bug is no longer persisting or relevant please change the status to resolved. I haven't used kmix in years, so can't say. |
