When left-click-dragging a file into the same folder, the "File already exists" dialog opens and lets you type a new name for the file. This is a useful way to create a new file from a template file. However, right after this dialog opens, the "Copying"-progress window opens and steals the focus. This means that you cannot just start typing the new name, but have to manually change back to the "File already exists"-window, e.g. with alt+tab or the mouse. The natural workflow thus gets interrupted by the "Copying"-progress dialog.

It would be nice if the "Copying"-progress window opened in the background...

Correction:
That is, when left-click-dragging a file into the same directory and selecting "Copy Here"...
