Description Henri K 2014-08-22 10:35:08 UTC
Display brightness -indicator doesn't work for me. I can move the slider but it won't have an effect to actual screen brightness. The indicator can be accessed by clicking System Tray arrow > Battery & Brightness. My video card is Ati Radeon 4550 HD, X.org: 1.14.3.901, default open source drivers, monitor is BenQ G2420HD.

This issue sounds similar to #287338, though that one is with an intel video card.

Only found this while searching for issues relating to AMD Kabini. I don't think I ever had this issue and currently running Plasma 5.21/5.22 this doesn't appear to be an issue.
Comment 6 Henri K 2023-10-15 14:09:10 UTC
I tested this with my current computers and it's working so I set this as fixed.

Sorry for forgetting this report.
