What is your system ? window button title is not at correct position. What do you try to export ? Sorry, its a fail (i'm very bored x)). I don't have see menu bar at the top of my screen. My bug is not software : Its my eyes. Do you have a bug report for report bug about brain or eyes ? (lol). Sorry for this useless bug report, you can close now : http://wstaw.org/m/2014/07/28/plasma-desktophV1252.png so I close as invalid Love this one. It clearly shows why "global" menus affect usability. *** Bug 341088 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** It's not INVALID. I've faced the same problem (see message above). Contrary to Aristide I don't have global menus enabled (System Settings -> Application Appearance -> Style -> Fine Tuning -> Menubar style = In application). So I don't see ANY menu. Only after changing this setting I was able to use this program. Moreover, I would fill main window widget with some buttons ("Import", "Export", etc.). Put a placeholder ("Use menu to import and export") at least. Most programs have controls inside their main widget. Program that has only menu is unnatural. Yes, I know (as a programmer), sometimes it's easier to put everything into menu and create widgets afterward. But it's error prone and less userfriendly. *** Bug 409290 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
