Special characters of the manpages in spanish are bad displayed on the "Documentation Tool View".

Steps to reproduce:

Install manpages-es
Open some function on the Documentation View Tool in spanish.
Wrong characters are showed on á, é, í, ó, ú characters ¿ !

This seems to be a general issue of kio-man.

man:/usr/share/man/es/man2/fork.2.gz in Konqueror shows the same issue.
