After exiting full screen, Menu Bar disappear.
If you close and open, the bar is not present yet and everithing you do, it crash.
To solve I have to go in che config file ed enable menu bar

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter Full screen
2.Exit full screen
3.Restart
Actual Results:  
Menu Bar disappear and crash
