That is very-very big bug. Crimea is part of Ukraine, and I don't want to see Simferopol/Moscow +00 time zone on my PC. Where is my normal Simferopol/Kiev +02 ?!?!

I don't know where this string comes from, KDE libraries only know it as "Europe/Simferopol, central Crimea". Please report this issue to the bug tracker of your distribution.
