using krusader on xubuntu 14.04, krusader 1:2.4.0~beta3-2

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select a file
2. ctrl+c, ctrl+v to duplicate in place
3. a dialog appears to input a new filename "File Already Exists"
4. has the focus for a bit, but then the "Copying" window appears and steals the focus


Expected Results:  
"File Already Exists" dialog should keep the focus
