For more information, please see http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports Hi Christoph, I did try and generate a backtrace as this is what the "crash" window from Okular asked me to do. It seemed to get hung up on seeing what my system was missing to be able to generate the report? I cvan't remember what happened then, as it was not always repeatable. I'll try and see if I can re-create the "crash" and then generate the backtrace report. Thanks, Jeremy. So you can not reproduce it all the time? Without the backtrace and a way to reproduce it there's almost nothing we can do to fix it. I do appreciate what you are saying. I hate these intermittent problems. If I see it again, I'll track my steps as to how I got there and see if it is repeatable! Thanks. Sadly we have to close the bug since it doesn't have enough information to fix it.
