not able to rename contacts nor metacontacts or add or replace their photos

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to rename contact, add image to it
2. ...
3. fail
Actual Results:  
installing pidgin (as kopete tries to integrate into akonadi by creating vcards in ~/.kde/share/apps/kabc)

Expected Results:  
having being able to have clean contact list without silly nicknames of otherwise nice people.

i believe this is really not a bug.. but it is annoying, i hope it gets 'fixed' eventually
