Kmail doesn't ignore diacritic in kmail quick search. It's really hard to find emails because user don't know which email is written with or without diacritics.

Baloo 4.x is unmaintained. If the problem persists with Baloo 5.13 or newer, please file another bug report for product "frameworks-baloo".
