digiKam 4.0.0 is out : http://www.digikam.org/node/713 Please check if this entry still valid with this new version. Thanks in advance Gilles Caulier Kipi-plugins 4.5.0 have been released. Crash still reproducible with this release ? Gilles Caulier This is what happens 1. Open image in Gwenview 2. Plugins > Images > Convert to Black and White 3. Image is converted, but Gwenview still shows in color 4. Plugins > Images > Convert to Black and White 5. Gwenview suddenly closes gwenview --version Qt: 4.8.6 KDE Development Platform: 4.14.2 Gwenview: 4.14.0 pre How do I get the plugin versions? By the way, I've tried other plugins (e.g. flip, rotate). Gwenview does not update the image for any of them, but it only closes up when I use the black and white plugin twice. New Kipiplugins 4.11.0 is available : https://www.digikam.org/node/740 Can you reproduce the problem with this release ? Gilles Caulier The link instructed me to install kubuntu backports. I did and it messed up my system. Is there a link to a .deb? I might try building from source later in the week but I wont try backports again. JPEGLossLess tool is not maintained and now obsolete with 5.0.0 I'm really sorry about the delay. I've just realized that the reason I can't use plug-ins in Gwenview is because i am on KF5... I guess if it's obsolete now this bug report is no longer valid? |
