Description nixoniv 2014-03-07 20:12:22 UTC
When trying to create a (FTP, SFTP) Network Folder using the Network Folder Wizard the authentication box never shows up.

When I run Dolphin as root I get the authentication box. The shortcut is created, root has access to the Network drive, but the normal user cannot access the Network drive.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open Dolphin.
Choose the Network shortcut.
Click on Add Network Folder.
Choose FTP
Press Next
Fill in the information
Press Save & Connect
Receive an error: Unable to connect to server. Please check your settings and try again.
Actual Results:
Error as normal user, works as root.

Expected Results:
works for normal user.

OS Kubuntu 13.10

Works for me with KDE Frameworks 5.47 and Dolphin 18.04.2.
