On a system with a German locale the "Accounts" entry in the KTP KCM is displayed after the "General" KCM leading to a weird situation where opening the KCM opens up the "General" entry first. I believe this is attributed to the fact that the KCM's are ordered alphabetically.

Possible solution is to add a weight entry to the Accounts KCM to make it always appear on the top.

Add weight to Accounts KCM to always appear first

The more weight, the lower in the list it goes. Default is 100. So
setting this to 1 should help.
