I cannot reproduce such behavior in Okular 0.18.60/Poppler 0.25.1 with papers from Elsevier and Springer journals and self-made PDFs from my LibreOffice documents. Can you attach an example to test? If you can provide the information requested in comment #1, please add it. To further investigate this issue, KDE developers need the information requested in comment #1. If you can provide it, or need help with finding that information, please add a comment. Perhaps AD does not realize you have to press Esc in order to make another selection with the table tool. It differs from the other selection tools and is a bit unintuitive because of this. Taken literally, the steps to reproduce do behave as described. Understanding you correctly, the documentation about the table selection tool should be improved? Could you propose a sentence or paragraph that needs to be added? Honestly i don't think adding anything to the manual would help, we are already telling people to press Esc to clean on the tip te tool shows when selected Closing as no additional info has been provided. Please feel free to reopen if you can provide it. |
