Searching for tags or contacts with Krunner, brings me to my home dir instead to the search result site.
Using gwenview as filemanager it is working well, so the problem is dolphin, not nepomuk or krunner.
This happens since the new update for kubuntu.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Search for tag/contact in krunner
2. click on the result of krunner

Actual Results:  
Dolphin opens ~/home

Expected Results:  
Dolphin opens search results

Thanks for the bug report. This is fixed in Dolphin 4.11.4.
