Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add the 'tab bar' plugin
2. Open two files
3. Switch tabs from within the tab bar.
Actual Results:  
The toolbar icons switch (apparently randomly) position.

Expected Results:  
Icons should not change position.

"lock Toolbar Positions" can be selected or not, doesn't matter.
