If I try to upload a file to a website or choose a file to open in a program, it would be very nice to have some extra actions available when I right click a file from the file choosing dialog window:
Open
Open With
Rename

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Kate
2. Click "Open" icon
3. Right click some file
4. See that the right click menu misses many useful actions
Actual Results:  
I didn't see actions that I want to use.

Expected Results:  
I expected it to have open, open with and rename actions.
