The MediaWiki export action is not available under the Export menu. I have verified that the plugin is enabled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable MediaWiki export extension
2. Click Export (Menu)
Actual Results:  
The MediaWiki option is not visible on the export menu.

Expected Results:  
The MediaWiki export should be visible on the Export menu.

Settings menu - MediaWiki export enabled.

This screenshot shows the Kipi plugins section of the digiKam settings. The MEdiaWiki Export plugin is enabled.

This bug appears to be present in KDE SC 4.13. The MediaWiki export plugin is not showing up on a fresh Kubuntu 14.04 installation.

Problem fixed in 6.0.0 where all tools are now in digiKam core
